Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
Evericade, Inc. ("Evericade," "we," "our" or "us") provides services that verify professional activity and produce anonymised, aggregated company-to-company signals and analytics. This policy explains the information we process, why we process it and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
1. Scope
This policy applies to Evericade websites, accounts, participation programmes, approved collection methods and commercial products that link to this policy. Separate agreements may contain additional data-protection terms for customers or partners.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use Evericade, we may process:
- Account and contact information: such as name, work email address, organisation and account preferences.
- Verified interaction metadata: limited technical and organisation-level information needed to establish that professional activity occurred between organisations, such as organisation or domain identifiers, timestamps and verification attributes.
- Technical and security information: such as IP address, browser or device information, authentication events, service logs and limited cookies or similar technologies used to operate and secure the Service.
- Reward or payment information: where a participation programme requires us or a payment provider to process payout details.
- Customer and commercial information: such as business contact details, service usage, support requests and contractual records.
3. Email Content and Signal Generation
Evericade is designed to generate Inter-Company Signals from verified activity rather than the substance of professional communications. Email bodies, subject lines and attachments are not used as inputs to Inter-Company Signal datasets.
Collection systems are designed to minimise information that is not needed for verification and signal generation. The precise technical data processed may vary by approved collection method.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- verify legitimate professional activity between organisations;
- create, maintain and improve anonymised and aggregated Inter-Company Signals, analytics and related products;
- operate accounts, participation programmes and rewards;
- provide customer support and commercial services;
- protect against fraud, abuse and security threats;
- measure and improve the reliability of our systems; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis depends on the context. It may include legitimate interests, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or consent.
Our legitimate interests may include verifying professional activity, protecting the integrity and security of the Service, improving our products and producing aggregated business analytics. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider those interests against the rights and interests of affected individuals.
6. Aggregation and Commercial Outputs
Evericade's commercial signals are designed to surface company-to-company patterns rather than individual employee behaviour. Outputs may be aggregated, anonymised, thresholded or otherwise governed before being made available to customers.
Customer access may also be subject to contractual restrictions, access controls and prohibitions on attempts to re-identify individuals.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- service providers that help us host, secure, analyse, communicate, authenticate or process payments for the Service;
- professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or respond to valid legal process;
- parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a financing, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets; and
- customers and partners in the form of governed, aggregated or anonymised outputs as described above.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including verification, security, account administration, contractual and legal obligations, dispute resolution and product integrity.
Retention periods differ by data type and context. Aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for longer periods.
9. International Transfers
Evericade is a United States company. Information may therefore be processed in the United States and other countries where Evericade or its service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections recognised by relevant data-protection authorities.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To make a request, email privacy@evericade.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
12. EEA and UK Residents
If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country or region. Questions about Evericade's privacy practices may be sent to privacy@evericade.com.
13. California Residents
California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, correct or delete certain personal information and to receive information about relevant disclosures. Requests may be sent to privacy@evericade.com.
Evericade does not use personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
14. Children
The Service is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through participation in the Service.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
16. Contact
