By subscribing to Evericade or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. What We Do
Evericade provides discretionary protection services for AI-assisted communications. By BCC’ing Evericade on your outgoing messages, you enable us to log, review, and potentially support you in the event of an AI-related error.

👉 Important: Evericade is not an insurance company, and our services do not constitute an insurance policy. Any financial support is discretionary and capped by the limits of your plan.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Services are currently available to customers located in the United States.

3. Subscriptions & Payment
Plans are billed via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime; cancellations apply to the next billing cycle.

4. Claims Process
You may submit a claim if an AI-generated communication you BCC’d to Evericade results in loss, harm, or reputational fallout.
Claims must be submitted via email to support@evericade.com from your registered account email. Please include the relevant BCC’d message and context.
Evericade will review the claim at its sole discretion.
Approved claims are eligible for discretionary payouts up to the limits stated in your plan.
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Rewards
Evericade may, at its discretion, offer rewards or benefits to encourage service usage. Rewards are promotional in nature and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Data & Privacy
We log and store only emails/messages you BCC to us.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use this data solely for claims review, account support, and service improvement.

7. Disclaimers
Evericade makes no guarantees of coverage or outcome.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the discretionary payouts described in your plan. From time to time, Evericade may offer promotional rewards or benefits. These are discretionary and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
