Evericade provides message-level protection for eligible AI-generated communication. Coverage is limited to paying users with active subscriptions who follow Evericade's onboarding protocol.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use Evericade. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke coverage at our discretion.

4. Claims & Payouts
Claims must be submitted with adequate evidence and adhere to the usage protocols outlined in onboarding. Payout decisions are final unless overturned via formal escalation. Evericade reserves the right to deny claims based on suspected abuse, intentional misuse of AI tools, or ineligible communication.

5. Subscription Terms
Payment is due upon activation of coverage. Plans renew monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, but partial-month refunds are not issued.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and brand assets belong to Evericade or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse, or reproduce any portion without permission.

7. Limitations of Liability
Evericade is not responsible for losses unrelated to AI-generated communication. We are not liable for indirect damages, missed business opportunities, or acts of god.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms. We’ll notify you of any material changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
