1. About Evericade

Evericade, Inc. (“Evericade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a system that verifies real, work-related communication through user-initiated BCC (blind-carbon-copy) emails.
We use those verified events to generate anonymized, aggregated data insights for analytics, credit, and market intelligence purposes.

When you BCC bcc@evericade.com, you create a record that a genuine professional communication occurred.
We never read, store, or analyze the contents or subject lines of emails - only non-identifiable metadata required to verify the interaction.

2. Eligibility

You may use Evericade only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You have the authority to agree to these Terms.

• You use Evericade in accordance with all applicable laws and your employer’s communication policies.

If you represent a company accessing Evericade data, you warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on its behalf.

3. How Evericade Works

When you BCC Evericade, we:

1. Verify that the email is a legitimate outbound communication.

2. Hash, anonymize, and store limited metadata (sender domain, timestamp, and recipient domain).

3. Aggregate verified interactions to create anonymized business-activity insights.

Users may receive reward credits (the “Rewards”) for verified work interactions.
Rewards are discretionary and may vary based on activity, demand, or available budgets.
Rewards do not represent employment wages, service payments, or income. They are voluntary thank-you incentives for participation.

4. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy.

• Evericade does not read or retain email bodies, subjects, attachments, or personal identifiers.

• Only limited technical data (sender and recipient domains, timestamp, and verification signature) is processed to validate that a work interaction occurred.

• All stored data is anonymized, aggregated, and used solely for analytics, research, or sales-intelligence purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Evericade, you agree to:

• Only BCC Evericade on legitimate professional or business communications.

• Not misuse the Service (e.g., by spoofing, faking, or automating BCCs).

• Not include sensitive, confidential, or personal communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

6. Rewards Program

• Rewards are offered at our discretion and may change at any time.

• Rewards are not guaranteed and are not wages, compensation, or financial instruments.

• We may update reward rates, eligibility, or payout frequency at any time.

• Payouts are typically issued monthly once thresholds are reached; frequency may vary by region.

You are solely responsible for reporting any applicable taxes on received Rewards.

7. Data Buyers & Commercial Access

Companies that access Evericade datasets (“Buyers”) do so under separate data-licensing terms.
All datasets are anonymized, aggregated, and free from personal identifiers.
Buyers may use the data only for internal analytics, benchmarking, or approved research purposes, and may not attempt to re-identify any user or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and aggregated data outputs, are owned by Evericade or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.”
Evericade makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or data accuracy.
We do not guarantee the continuity or availability of Rewards or any payouts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Evericade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.

11. Termination

You may stop using Evericade at any time by discontinuing BCC usage.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your anonymized data remains part of aggregated, non-identifiable datasets.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
