How do I activate coverage?
Once onboarded, coverage is activated automatically on eligible outbound messages. There’s no need to install anything or tag messages manually — your account handles it silently behind the scenes.
Does Evericade read my emails?
No. We don’t access or scan your inbox. We only review message data relevant to a claim — and only if you submit one.
What’s the claims process like?
Submit a claim through your dashboard. We’ll ask for context and evidence, review it, and issue a resolution — fast, fair, and human-backed.
Are there exclusions?
Yes. We don’t cover vague churn, general performance issues, or messages that haven’t gone through our coverage flow. Full terms apply.
Can I remove the footer or keep things silent?
Yes. Email badges are optional. Plans with private or silent coverage are available.
Is this real insurance?
Yes. Our pooled-capital model allows us to issue real payouts. It’s risk-backed infrastructure — not just a badge.
