How do I activate coverage?
Just BCC bcc@evericade.com. Free logging starts instantly. Upgrading unlocks higher claim support and EverPoints multipliers.
Does Evericade read my emails?
No. We log metadata and store secure copies. Only claims teams ever access message content, and only when you escalate a claim.
What’s the claims process like?
Simple: if something goes wrong, forward the thread to evidence@evericade.com. A human reviews and responds quickly.
Are there exclusions?
We don’t back vague churn, “bad vibes,” or issues outside provable AI impact.
What can I redeem EverPoints for?
Today: popular perks like Netflix, Spotify, and Uber One. Tomorrow: more curated rewards and member perks.
Is this real insurance?
No. Evericade provides discretionary protection and support - not regulated insurance. Claims are reviewed and resolved by our team, with limits based on your plan.

Do you have SOC 2 Certification?
Not yet. SOC 2 is on our roadmap. Today, we follow industry best practices for encryption, restricted access, and monitoring - and will pursue certification as we grow.
